The Clearing

The Clearing is about quiet encounters, the moment the woods fall silent and something wild steps into the light.

A red deer pauses at the edge of an autumn clearing as golden light falls through the leaves. Amber, rust and olive tones glow beneath the soft sheen of old varnish.

The Clearing suits studies, snugs and living rooms with fireplaces, and feels at home in country and classic interiors.

Rowan Ellery. A Canvalora studio identity in the tradition of the great countryside painters: still lakes, quiet meadows and woodland light, with the warmth of aged varnish. See every work by Rowan Ellery.
