Terms of service
1. About us
Canvalora is a trading name of Fontaine London Property Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 14518817, registered office 84 High Street, London NW10 4SJ. You can reach us at hello [at] canvalora.com. These terms apply to every order you place with us.
2. Your order
You must be 18 or over to order. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we email you to confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong. If we do, we will refund you in full.
3. Our artwork
Our artworks are created digitally in our studio, and the artists named on our website are studio identities. Each piece is printed and finished to order. Colours can look slightly different on screen, and small variations are a natural part of printing and framing. Room images and size guides are for illustration.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your currency at checkout and include any tax that applies in the United Kingdom. Payment is taken when you place your order. Discount codes can only be used under the terms given with them.
5. Delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery areas and estimated times. These are estimates and can be longer in peak seasons. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
6. Changing your mind
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our Refund Policy. Bespoke commissions made to your own specification cannot be cancelled for a change of mind once work has begun.
7. Faulty or damaged items
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please follow our Refund Policy. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply, and nothing in these terms reduces them.
8. Copyright
We or our licensors own all rights in our artwork and images. Buying a print lets you own and display that print. It does not let you copy, reproduce or sell the image.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. Our products are for private use, and we are not liable for business losses.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We will tell you as soon as we can and, if the delay is long, you may cancel for a full refund.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If you live outside the United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory consumer rights of your country.
